NBA: Kyshawn George (Wizards) OVER 8.5 Points
Good morning #PropNation!! We are back to full analysis & breakdown....and on a 5-1 free prop run!! Don’t let us get hot, you know what happens! We just had an 11-1 free play run 2 weeks ago. Let’s find another big streak here. Time to dig in. For the first value play I like Kyshawn George of the Wizards to go OVER 8.5 points tonight against the Pistons. The rookie out of Miami with his epic haircut has been having a really good first season in the league. He’s found his comfort zone and is getting tons of minutes with Bilal Coulibaly out due to injury. George averages exactly 8.5 points/game on the season but has been getting more looks lately. He’s gone over this line in 4 of his last 5 games including putting up 12 points against this same Pistons team last time out and 23 points against the Jazz recently. The best part is his opportunity share increase. George is averaging 10.7 shot attempts per game which is wayyyy up over where he started earlier in the season. He’s averaging 11.8 points per game in the month of March and I expect another ticket to be cashed for us tonight. Take Kyshawn George OVER 8.5 Points!
NBA: Giannis Antetokounmpo (Bucks) OVER 12.5 Rebounds
For the 2nd prop I look to the Lakers visiting the Milwaukee Bucks. You guys know I love to pick my spots with Giannis and this is one I love. He’s coming off a devastating loss at Indiana where he fouled Haliburton on a three to lose that game in heartbreaking fashion. An angry Giannis means he feasts on the boards so we are going OVER 12.5 rebounds. There are actually a lot of reasons to like this play. The incredibly depleted Lakers frontcourt is now without Jaxson Hayes so they are going to have to play the likes of Alex Len and Trey Jemison at the 5-spot. We know Brook Lopez isn’t a big rebounder as he loves to play on the perimeter and Bobby Portis is suspended. I just love Giannis to grab 15+ rebounds tonight against a Lakers team without Lebron, Hayes, and potentially no Luka. Over the last 9 games Antetokounpmo has put up rebound totals of 15, 16, 17, and 19. The Greek Freak can snag boards with the best of them and you know one thing: you will always get top effort out of Giannis. Lock this in: Take Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 12.5 Rebounds for the second dub!
NBA: Zion Williamson (Pelicans) UNDER 5.5 Assists
Onto the final free prop and we look to the assists category to finish out one in each major category. The analytics play here is to fade Zion Williamson and go UNDER 5.5 assists. This line might be slightly juiced but that’s okay, it’s great value! He’s coming off his season-high 12 assist performance against the Clippers on Tuesday and I love a regression here. He’s facing the Orlando Magic defense which is ranked 2nd in the NBA at opponent assists per game, giving up just 23 per game. Because of their physical defense I expect Zion to look for his own shot tonight as the Magic force the Pelicans to play 1 on 1 basketball. Our models have him projected for 4.6 assists tonight which is a nice advantage on the line. This will be a close game and likely tough scoring along the way. I like the under here big time. Take Zion Williamson UNDER 5.5 Assists!
