NBA: Anthony Edwards (Timberwolves) UNDER 29.5 Points
What’s up Prop Nation?! Hot hot hot start to March as we sweep free plays and were 9-2 on the VIP card, making profit for the 4th straight day! Let’s lock in 3 more free winners! I’m actually looking to fade Anthony Edwards tonight on his points line of 29.5. Can’t be afraid to take the big name player Unders with them being very public plays for the over. This is a nice spot for me because he’s playing the Sixers with almost every starter listed as questionable for Philly. The Timberwolves could easily get out to a 20 or 30 point lead and never look back, resting the starters down the stretch. Edwards is coming off a 44-point outing which included 14 made free throws. Prior to that though, he went under this line in 3 straight games and 5 of the previous 6 games. It’s an out of conference matchup so it’s all about picking our spots and I think the role players of Minnesota have never been more ready to shoot. Guys like Naz Reid and Jaden McDaniels have been putting up big numbers when Edwards or others sit. I see Ant man spreading the love and possibly sitting with blowout potential. NBA: Ivica Zubac (Clippers) OVER 12.5 Rebounds
Onto the second favorable matchup and that is Ivica Zubac of the Clippers. We smoked Andre Drummond’s rebound total last night and I like this spot too! Analytics are projecting Zubac for 14+ rebounds on a line of 12.5 which is a solid advantage. Zubac rebounds more in road games if you check his splits and in particular racked up 16 rebounds in their one road matchup against the Suns this season. Zubac will be matching up with the likes of Bol Bol, Nick Richards, and Mason Plumlee - advantage Zubac! Maybe the most important point here has been Phoenix’s interior struggles all season. They allow the 4th most rebounds to opposing centers at more than 16 per game. They also don’t have a big that stretches the floor very well so I think Zubac will feast tonight where he prefers playing, down low. He’s a beast on the boards: Take Ivica Zubac OVER 12.5 Rebounds!
NBA: Lebron James (Lakers) OVER 7.5 Rebounds
For the third and final free prop I have another rebounding total that favors the over. It’s been publicly noted that statistically speaking Lebron James is having a better season than his 2012-2013 MVP season in Miami where the Heat just dominated. He truly is amazing at taking care of his body and performing at the highest level at age 40. That being said, I love Lebron to post OVER 7.5 rebounds tonight at home against the Pelicans. He’s averaging 8 rebounds/game on the season but better yet he posted 10.5/game in the month of February. Since Anthony Davis has left the rebounding void has been filled by James and company. There is always a chance Luka sits tonight which also increases the value of this play early in the morning. New Orleans allows the 3rd most rebounds in the NBA and will miss plenty of shots tonight against the solid Lakers defense. I really really really like this play. It might make the VIP card - Take Lebron James OVER 7.5 Rebounds!
