NBA: Quentin Grimes (76ers) UNDER 4.5 Assists
New week, new opportunity to dominate! Let’s continue our upward progression and dive right in. Only two games in the NBA tonight as the season winds to a close. I want you guys to take Quentin Grimes to go UNDER 4.5 Assists tonight as the 76ers take on the Magic. Grimes of course has burst onto the scene with Embiid, Maxey, and Paul George all out for season. He’s been putting up 26+ points per game since. His shot volume is so high that the best value play is fading his assists. He only had 2 assists last time out and Miami is a top 10 defense, currently ranked 7th in the NBA. They only allow 4.8 assists per game to opposing shooting guards, including both starters and bench players. I see Grimes looking for his own shot a lot tonight and forcing the ball in some tough spots where he might turn it over. It’s an under spot tonight. Lock in Quentin Grimes UNDER 4.5 Assists and watch him end with 3 or 4!
MLB: Kodai Senga (Mets) OVER 6.5 Strikeouts
Onto the MLB we go for the next free play where I am on Kodai Senga of the Mets to go OVER 6.5 strikeouts. In Senga’s sole start this year he took the loss against this same Marlins team after giving up a 2-run homer in the 1st inning and 2 runs in the 4th. Despite that, Senga was making guys whiff all game, posting 8 strikeouts on just 77 pitches. I absolutely love his line today as Marlins hitters are a combined 3 for 27 (.111) with 11 strikeouts against Senga in their careers. He’s striking out Marlins hitters at almost a 40% rate which is INSANE. Now, he’s at home with one start under his belt and likely an extended pitch count. The 32-year old only pitched in one game last season after coming onto the scene big time in 2023. That season he was incredibly dominant at home if you look at his splits. Senga likes Cito Field and facing Miami. Today he should put on a clinic with his unique pitching style including his ghost fork ball. It’ll be a fun one tonight. Ride Kodai Senga OVER 6.5 K’s!!
NCAAB: Will Richard (Florida) OVER 10.5 Points
We finish things off in the college basketball National Championship game tonight!! Look at Will Richard (Florida) Over 10.5 Points. Richard has been the third option all season for the Gators, but that doesn’t mean he can’t take over a basketball game. Richard has scored at least 15 points in 16 games and at least 20 points in 8 games. He will have his hands full with this Elite Houston Defense, but this is a great spot to back Richard. Will is a three level scorer who gets to the free throw line and shoots 36% from deep. As good as Houston is, they will have their hands full with Walter Clayton and this Florida Offense. The Gators will need Richard to be aggressive early and often on the offensive end to get the win. Richard should get a few open looks and can create his own shot and get to the line to push over this number. Lock in Will Richard Over 10.5 Points!
