Gavin Williams makes his season debut for Cleveland. He posted a 3.29 ERA as a rookie last season. Williams has had a couple good rehab starts and will face the worst lineup in baseball tonight. His pitch count will be closely monitored and he'll likely exit early. That's okay, because he'll turn the game over to the best bullpen in baseball.
Erick Fedde (5-3, 3.23) is one of the few bright spots for Chicago. He starts tonight, but the White Sox have still found ways to lose 7 of his last 8 starts. Cleveland won last night dropping the White Sox road record to 8-38 for the season. Chicago won three straight before losing its last two games by one run. Despite the juice, I'll take the Guardians on the moneyline.
NEW YORK METS @ WASHINGTON (NYM -130, 8.5)

Christian Scott returns to the Mets rotation after a stint in Triple-A. He pitched 42.1 innings in Syracuse and struck out 55 batters and recorded a 2.76 ERA. In his last MLB start, Scott pitched 5 innings against Arizona and gave up just 2 ER. The Mets won that game 3-2.
Mitchell Parker starts for the Nationals. He's pitched well all season for Washington, but he actually ranks in the bottom half of all pitchers in a number of categories - xBA, hard hit rate, and barrel rate, to name a few. That's not good against a Mets team that crushes lefties. New York ranks 4th in OPS versus LHP.
Washington has now lost 7 of its last 8 games. The Mets are 6-2 in their last 8 and have averaged 7.5 runs per game in the process.
BALTIMORE @ SEATTLE (SEA -125, 7.5)
MARINERS ML
The Orioles shutout the Mariners last night 2-0. Tonight, Logan Gilbert pitches for Seattle and he has been very good at home this season. He sports a 2.70 ERA at T-Mobile Park and he will be the key to a Mariners win tonight. Seattle has won his last three home starts in a row.
Baltimore will start Dean Kremer, who has been out of the lineup since May 20. Kremer's last start came against St. Louis and he gave up 5 ER that day. He's been on the injured list ever since. Current Mariners hitters who have faced Kremer are hitting .255 against him. I like Seattle to get to Kremer while Gilbert does his usual at home.
