The Braves started the 2025 season with seven straight losses. Atlanta has won 2 of its last 4 games, but they did lose last night, 4-3, to the Phillies. The Braves have just two wins on the season. One of those came the last time Spencer Schellenbach took the mound. He will start again for Atlanta tonight.
Last time out, Schwellenbach pitched 8 innings and didn't allow a run in a 10-0 win over Miami. He also struck out 10 batters. In two starts this season, Schwellenbach has yet to allow an earned run.
s Luzardo gets the start for Philadelphia. He has been equally as strong on the mound for the Phillies. Luzardo has started two games and is 2-0 with a 1.50 ERA and he has recorded 19 strikeouts already. Like Schwellenbach, Luzardo's last start was a gem. He pitched seven innings, allowed just two hits, no earned runs, and he struck out eight. That was against one of the best lineups in baseball - the Los Angeles Dodgers.

I like the starting pitchers to take care of business tonight and keep this one Under the F5 total as well.
