LAS VEGAS @ CINCINNATI (CIN -7.5, 45)

RAIDERS +7.5

Cincinnati won two straight road games before getting crushed at home by Philly last week. I don't like this 7.5 number and I don't like that the Bengals are 4-0 ATS on the road but just 0-4 ATS at home.

The Raiders are a mess, but they cover spreads. They covered each of their last two games against pretty good teams - the Rams and Chiefs. Las Vegas is also 8-4 ATS in its last 12 games. Burrow might not have Tee Higgins today and I like the Raiders to claw, fight, and scratch their way to another cover.

WASHINGTON @ NY GIANTS (WSH -4, 45)

UNDER 45

Washington is a popular play this week. The public will hammer them and the Over after last week's huge win on the final play against Chicago. Plus, the public will see the Commanders Week 2 win over the Giants as well as the Giants troubles and simply bet the favorite and the Over. Not so fast.

The Giants offense is awful, but the defense is pretty good. Don't forget, New York leads the NFL in sacks with 35. They can get after the quarterback. Also, five straight Giants home games have gone Under the total. Since the start of last season, Giants home games are 10-2 to the Under. Then, there's Giants QB Daniel Jones.

In home Giants games started by Danny Dimes, the Under is 24-9-1. That makes Jones the third-most profitable home Under quarterback in the NFL. The Giants did force the Commanders to kick a bunch of field goals in Week 2 and held them to 21 points.

LA RAMS @ SEATTLE (LAR -1.5, 48)

OVER 48

Seattle has lost four of its last five games. In those four losses, the Seahawks defense gave up at least 29 points in each. This is not the old Legion of Boom under Pete Carroll. The Seattle defense is having issues, especially against the run. They rank 29th in rushing yards allowed per game this season.

The Rams like to the run the football with Kyren Williams who, by the way, has scored a touchdown in all seven Rams games this season. The Rams looked great against Minnesota last Thursday and put up 30 points on a pretty good Vikings defense. That game went Over the total as have 10 of the last 15 Rams games. Six of their last eight on the road have also gone Over the total. With the way the Seahawks defense has been playing, I like this one to go Over as well.
